How does it work

Initial consultation
The initial consultation is a chance for us to come together and understand your needs. Here we’ll discuss your current difficulties, the impact its having, and what you’re hoping to achieve from our support.

Deciding support
Once the initial consultation is completed , we will create a tailored support plan to address your needs, whether that be CBT, Life coaching or maybe referring you to another service altogether (yes we’re amazing but we can’t do everything)

Getting started
Get your diary out and book in your first support session, whether that be telephone or video - yes its as simple as that !!

Do you offer face to face support?
Currently we do not offer face to face support, but watch this space, we're working on it !! In the meantime, you might find our video sessions to be a suitable option.
Who do you work with?
We work with anyone over the age of 18, who is has capacity to engage !! We believe that support should be available to every one
What if were not right for you?
Everyone has different needs, and although we try our best to support, we might not be suitable. If that is the case, we will help direct you to services that might be more appropriate to meet your needs
